Khafif Alayhim (Helping Patients Project) is a humanitarian initiative dedicated to supporting patients who are unable to afford medical treatment, examinations, medications, and essential healthcare equipment. The project aims to ease the suffering of patients and their families by contributing to treatment expenses, surgeries, rehabilitation programs, and other medical needs, helping them receive the care they deserve and improve their quality of life.
